Email support@owleye.dev for product questions, feedback, or help using OwlEye. For subscriptions, Custom plans, or duplicate charges, email billing@owleye.dev. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@owleye.dev. Include the page or feature you mean and what you were trying to do. A short reproduction is more useful than a screenshot of your entire working life.

For support, include your app’s public site ID and the approximate time of the problem. Never send API secrets, passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, or a dump of visitor data.

Found a security problem?

Email the same address with the subject Security report. Describe the affected route, expected behaviour, and a minimal reproduction using an account and site you control. Keep details private while the issue is assessed, and stop if testing exposes someone else’s data.

Read the security overview for the current boundaries. There is no paid bug-bounty program or guaranteed response SLA advertised here.
