How your subscription works

The owner’s organization has one subscription. Events, seats, projects, and AI credits are shared across its apps. A member counts once, even across multiple projects.
Pageviews and tracked custom or rule actions consume billable events. Verified bot views and supporting duration and performance telemetry do not consume the billable allowance and remain subject to collection limits.
Event and AI allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month, including on yearly subscriptions. Unused allowances do not roll over. Plan changes do not reset usage.
Collection continues in a no-charge buffer up to twice your monthly allowance. After the buffer is exhausted, new billable events are dropped until the next UTC calendar month or an allowance increase. Events dropped at that point cannot be recovered. Usage emails are queued at 80% and 100% of the included allowance; delivery is not guaranteed. Free’s 10K allowance cannot be expanded with add-ons.
Seat and project add-ons increase capacity, not events or AI credits. They recur with your subscription. On yearly plans they are billed for 12 months at the listed monthly rate; annual plan discounts apply to the base plan only. Annual plan prices round up to whole dollars.
When AI is available on an eligible paid plan and enabled for the app, each completed request uses one prompt credit, including Growth review and optional public competitor research. Clarifications, rejected requests and failures consume no credits. Additional AI credit purchases are not yet available.
Business includes every supported developer API capability, with operational rate and query limits. SDK ingestion and dashboard access remain available on Free.
