Payment and Refund Rules
Last updated
For billing help, contact billing@owleye.dev. Include your account email and Dodo receipt or order identifier. Never send card numbers, passwords, or one-time sign-in codes.
Checkout and recurring payments
Dodo Payments handles checkout and subscription payments as merchant of record. Review the price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, and any trial shown at checkout before confirming a purchase. Paid subscriptions renew according to those checkout terms until canceled.
Monthly analytics allowances are shared across an organization’s apps. A yearly billing interval does not turn a monthly allowance into a yearly pool. The Console and pricing page explain plan capacity and available add-ons.
An eligible organization’s first paid subscription includes a 14-day trial. Check the trial end date and first charge in checkout; a trial is different from a refund period.
Cancellation
Use the Console’s billing portal to manage or cancel your subscription through Dodo. Check the portal’s confirmation for the effective date and any remaining access. If you cannot access it, contact us for help. Simply uninstalling the SDK does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, except for duplicate charges or where a refund is required by applicable law. This includes first payments, renewals, cancellations, unused time, and unused allowances. We do not provide partial-period or change-of-mind refunds.
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact billing@owleye.dev with your account email and the affected receipt or transaction identifiers. Once we confirm the duplicate charge, we will refund the full duplicate amount, including all fees and taxes charged as part of that duplicate payment. We will not deduct processing fees from that refund. The original valid charge remains payable.
Approved refunds are processed through Dodo to the original payment method where supported. The payment provider and bank determine when a refund appears; we do not promise an instant credit. Contact us about a duplicate charge, an unrecognized payment, or a checkout problem.
Cancellation and a refund are separate actions. Applicable mandatory consumer rights and Dodo’s transaction terms continue to apply.
